By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms. Products and availability: Manadey hampers are made in limited quantities, including limited-edition Rakhi designs. We reserve the right to limit quantities, substitute a comparable item if a specific design becomes unavailable after ordering, or cancel and refund an order we're unable to fulfill. Pricing: all prices are listed in USD and may change without notice; the price charged is the price displayed at checkout. Personalization: you're responsible for the accuracy of any personalized message, recipient name, and delivery address you provide — Manadey is not liable for errors in information you submit. Intellectual property: all site content, branding, and the Manadey name and logo are the property of Manadey LLC and may not be used without permission. Limitation of liability: to the extent permitted by law, Manadey's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
