Shipping policy

Manadey currently ships to addresses within the United States only. Orders are hand-packed and typically leave our facility within 2–3 business days of purchase. Because Manadey hampers are tied to specific celebrations, we schedule shipments with the goal of arriving approximately 1–2 days before the occasion (such as Raksha Bandhan) rather than shipping immediately upon order, so your hamper arrives close to the moment it's meant to be opened. Standard shipping is a flat $9 per hamper; an expedited option is available at checkout for an additional fee. Exact delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by your order date, destination, carrier delays, weather, or other conditions outside our control. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Manadey is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect address information provided at checkout, or events beyond our reasonable control.
