Refund policy

Every Manadey hamper is packed to order and timed for a specific celebration, so please review this policy before ordering. Order changes and cancellations: because hampers are hand-packed and personalized, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order, or before your order enters packing, whichever comes first — contact us@manadey.com with your order number.  Perishable and personalized items: because the hamper includes perishable food (dry fruits, chocolate) and personalized elements (Rakhi design, handwritten message), we can't accept returns or exchanges or refunds once shipped. Delivery timing: refunds aren't issued for carrier delays, incorrect address info, weather, or other factors outside our control.
